We have been asked if any supporters want to help the Prospects Foundation to plant some trees locally.
The foundation is Hyndburn’s community owned environmental charity and we are something of a unique and wonderful organisation.
Our aim is to support community action for the environment. By working with a diverse range of groups in Hyndburn, we encourage sustainable living and enable local people to engage in meaningful action to improve their environment and contribute to wider solutions and sustainability.
The dates and venues are:
Saturday 18th March – Station Road, Green Way, Gt. Harwood
Saturday 25th March – Bullough Park car park, Accrington BB5 0LW
Meet at 10am on both dates.
