The Trust were delighted to take a donation of Passchendaele Oak grown from an acorn collected by Luke Holmes from the battlefields.
Luke visited Ypres in 2018 to commemorate his Great Great Uncle Walter, who was unfortunately KIA, the acorn was then lovingly nurtured at Gatty Park in Accrington, by his Aunt Cath.
