A grand amount of £1200 was raised from this year’s Jack Barrett walk.
£600 was handed over to 2 local charities who will benefit greatly (Happy Cats and Active Cycles)
11 walkers and 8 runners took part this year starting at Clitheroe FC and ending at the Wham Stadium prior to the Swindon match.
A big thank-you to all those who took part and all those who gave money so generously.
Thank you to Happy Cats for the cat hamper and to Active Cycles who donated 2 bikes to OASST.
Happy Cats Hyndburn provide a service which gives stray and injured cats loving homes.
Active Cycles refurbish bikes given to them and then sell back to the public for amazingly low prices. They are always on the lookout for outgrown and unwanted bikes.
